Greetings and Christmas Blessings to all,

Greetings from all of us. May this season of love and wonder touch each of you in a special and meaningful way this holiday season. The Father has so much to give and teach each of us. May we be open and willing vessels to receive all that He has for us.

Only through the eyes of a child can we truly discover the wonder of the season of love that the Father has set before us. Look into the eyes of a small child as they search your face, such innocents, and such unconditional love they hold in their eyes and hearts.

The openness of heart and soul they are so willing and ready to share. How that wondrous night so long ago must have looked through the eyes of the innocent trusting child.

It was a silent and holy night, not so long ago. The night was dark and still, then the blinding light of the Lord came shinning through brining love and light to a lost and dark world. That night that the Father sent His one and only son to live among us, to bring us life. The purity and richness of these actions can never truly be understood. The Father wanted to fellowship with us with a yearning and deepness that is beyond our realm of emotions. With a depth of love that causes even the most holy of men to shudder.

The heavenly hosts announcing the arrival of this baby king, The Prince of Peace, The all Mighty God, and our most Wonderful Savior, Emmanuel. The gift of love sent to a fallen world. The gift of life given unselfishly. The Savior of the world sent to die for our sins.

Few heard the announcement of the arrival of the Christ child. Yet those who loved the Father showed their devout love for God the Father and His only Son with all that they had. Mary, a simple servant of the Lord (Luke 1:48-49). Simeon who waited so patiently for the birth of the King. (Luke 2:28-31). Anna, who prayed, fasted and waited patiently for the arrival of the Savior of the world. (Luke 2:37). The Three Wise Men, who not only came to worship Jesus, presented Him with gifts of great cost, they traveled long and far without complaint to lay their eyes on the Messiah. (Matthew 2:11).

The Father has given us so much. We have received so much, yet we have so little to give. What does one give in return for the gift of everlasting life, the gift of a savior and redeemer?

This celebration of Christmas is so much more than a story about a baby in a manger. The celebration of the birth of Jesus, that is what we celebrate, isn't it? Have we forgotten His higher calling, his purpose for coming? The reason the Father sent His only son. This beautiful gift of love sent to save a world that was fallen and separated from God. He was to be crucified and die, not for His sin but ours.

What do I have to offer, to give to a king? What do I have that is worthy to lay at His feet? What have I to give, what can I offer, nothing but myself. (Matthew 25:31-46). Whatever we do and share with the least of the these we have done unto the Father. I pray that there will come a day when all men can love each other despite their differences. When adults and children are no longer killing each other over racial issues. I also pray that there will come a time when we reach out to each other not only at Christmas but each and every day of the year. No special occasion will be needed for us to reach out in love to one another, and meet their needs.

One person alone is not able to help all, except for God himself. Though if each and every one of us would share our love, a smile, a hug, some gentle kindness to our neighbor, the need would be filled and then some. May each and every one of us reach out to someone who is hurting, is in need or sick and offer the help needed.

Our prayer the Christmas Season is that the Father opens the hearts and eyes of those who are willing and able to reach out and share love with those in need. May we not become blinded by the business of the season and miss the orphaned child who needs a home, or the sick and hungry family on the street corner. But that we have open eyes and hearts to share all that we can. That we may show them the love of the Father and share with them the wonderful gifts that we have received from you Father.
